LOCATION: Dallas, Texas

​This 17,339-square-foot build-out was our fifth project with IFF. We took a 1980s building and converted it into a new state-of-the-art test kitchen for both IFF and Frito-Lay.  The project is where clients come in from across the world to test new products for Frito-Lay and IFF.  The project consisted of a complete interior demolition and turning two suites into one.  The completed space included an 8,500-sf laboratory, 2,000-sf marketing office and a 5,000-sf presentation kitchen and observation area.
